This story weaves together the lives of these fascinating young people, giving the adult reader a look into their sexual histories and a voyeuristic view as they act out their wildest fantasies. In the process, the characters become involved in two wild sexual orgies, and several become implicated in two unexpected murders. This explicit murder mystery has many hot scenes, a variety of life-styles, multiple murder suspects, and a surprise ending.
There is a genre of murder mysteries called "cozies." A cozy novel has no gruesome bloody murder scenes and no gratuitous explicit sex. The murders in Settling the Score have a minimum of gore, despite the fact that a large caliber bullet can do considerable damage at close range.
